We want you to love every piece from Clarissa’s Boutique! If you’re not 100% happy, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

📦 Return Costs — Simple & Fair:

  • ✅ FREE returns & exchanges if the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong size/style — our mistake, our cost! 💛
  • 💬 If you change your mind / no longer want it: You are welcome to return or exchange it — you just cover the return postage cost 📮

📝 How to return or exchange — please follow these steps:

  1. Email or message us FIRST before sending anything back! 📩

    → Include: your name, order number & what you’d like — refund OR exchange
  2. We’ll reply with your return address & instructions ✅
  3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  4. Refunds / exchanges processed within 48 hours of receiving your return
